Our "Crazy" Thanksgiving

We went to the movies on Thanksgiving Day. Thankfully, the theater by our house does reserved seating. So nice with kids! Reese can't wait to see Princess and the Frog with her daddy!

The kids had to get a picture by the Chipmunks too. We will be seeing them Christmas day!

Since we were still staying in the hotel during Thanksgiving and they weren't planning on serving dinner that night, we decided to go up to the ski/snowboarding mountains and show the kids what their daddy dreams of them doing with him soon. Gavin was NOT happy he wasn't eating Turkey at that point and Caden was knocked out.

Love it!

And then our real "crazy" adventure began. They only place open for Thanksgiving in SLC were "Chuck-a-Rama" buffets. However, every. single. one. of them had a wait and line that would take HOURS, like more than 2 hours. We couldn't do that with kids. It was already 3pm and Gavin was TICKED! Finally, after another hour of driving around we were soooo desperate we found a place near my brothers house (we were about to crash their house for food) called "Crazy Buffet". It's a chinese buffet and they weren't busy. Surprise, surprise.

The food was so gross! lol. We had never heard of the place and afterwords googled the place and found out all the reviews give it a HALF a star out of 5. Yeah, it was that good...

But, hey, it was a Thanksgiving our family will NEVER forget!
