Return to the Glory Days

Stephanie sent me a bunch of pictures of Christopher on the field. I have no idea which games they are from or what transpired with each, but Christopher, this post is for you! All you baby!

Goosey, you are so awesome to watch on the field! I love that you score a goal EVERY game! It's awesome to be married to a guy that does well in everything he does! Love you!

Friday Nights Highlights

Every Friday night is game night for Christopher and "No Fear". The kids look forward to those nights as they get to spend time with friends and run around the park. I don't even bother taking my camera anymore as my friend Stephanie takes pictures for me! lol. Her husband Dave is on the same team as Christopher. These are some of the pictures she gave me.

Gavin, Caden and Hunter.

Reese.

I was so out of it one day while dressing to leave for the game I put my shirt on accidentally. Good thing no one noticed...thanks Amber.

Playing games with friends. Gavin up top, Reese, Kathrine, Hunter, Meredith and Jeremiah.

Caden climbing poles again. Giving me a heart attack!

Bear with his girlfriend, Amber. This was just before she took him on a date to Wal Mart for some chocolate milk and magically became his favorite girl!

After every game the kids will make a tunnel for the players to go under on their way back to the bench.

The team is really good about going along with the kids. Here Christopher is seen doing a somersault through the tunnel.

The kids tunnel collapsing just before Dave could make it through.

Caden likes to bring his "bike" with him. Christopher rides his bike and brings Gavin and Reese along in the chariot behind him.

Boy does it get hot at the games! Doesn't matter that it's 8pm, it's still in the 100's and whole water bottles are dumped on the heads of the kids to keep them cool and away from the concession stand for Icee's.

Reese.

We caught Bear taking a potty break behind a small bush at the edge of the field. He's such a boy!

Hunter is so good with Caden. They are little buds and Hunter is so patient with 2 year olds! We love Hunter!

Not an uncommon sight to see at the games. Dog pile!!

More tunnel.

Really cute picture of Caden and Hunter! We're gonna be really sad once Christopher's soccer season is over. Come fall however, Reese will be on the field. Just signed her up and she's more than excited to get started.

Summer Swimming

My good friend, Stephanie has an awesome camera that I hope to own someday (hint, hint, birthday coming soon, hint, hint...goose) and she's always good at taking pictures of my kids when we are out. These are some from a pool outing we did back in May.

We love Stephanie, her son Hunter (Gavin's BFF) and we love THE POOL! Thank you!

Fanciful Donut Delight

Yesterday morning was a bit gloomy (but nice as it has cooled off into the upper 80's) and Caden and Reese got all dressed up and told me it was a donut day!

They just looked so cute and were playing so nice together (Reese is really holding on to making Caden her little sister) I couldn't say no! Reese showing off Caden's princess bling. I particularly loved his earmuff accessory.

So off we went to one of 5 different donut shops within 2 miles of our house. Reese used her magic wand to make all the donuts "healthy" so I would buy some for myself. So nice of her...if only I could have such a magic wand!

Caden got lots of compliments and camera phone pictures of him taken. Love the play cell phone in his hands. He sent a text to his agent while we were there.

Gavin didn't want too much to do with the dress up but was very much interested in the donuts!

Outside the donut shop with our fairy princess Reese, Barbie Island princess Caden and Gavin, just happy to be getting donuts. Love Caden's face, so silly, so irresistible.

Reese Needs a Sister

Baby girl is so desperate for a girlfriend in the house she persuades Caden into wearing her clothes (they were the same size, although Caden is 2! Too bad they aren't the same gender!)

Good thing Caden is such a good sport about it...for now anyway.

He does draw the line at high heeled dress up shoes however. I think Caden would have made for a cute little girl. We does love him as our "Bear" though!

Water Babies

It doesn't matter if it's the pool, bouncy water slide, bath time or sprinkler...these kids LOVE the water! Don't blame them when it's 100+ everyday!

Just Because
