Day three we spent touring Old Town San Diego and visiting the Mormon Battalion Museum that is there.
Gavin was picked as one of the kids to come up and be a Mormon pioneer solider in the battalion and wear their gear.
After the tour we went out back to pan for gold, make building bricks and wash clothes the old fashioned way.
On our way up to Anaheim that day we stopped by the place where Christopher and I were married some 10 years ago!
