September 25th, 2010 at 9:30 am was Gavin's big day!!
Gavin was sporting the classic bow tie. Boy was his father proud!!
B.c we live in Utah and they have baptisms once a month and ALL the children in the STAKE get baptized on the same day. We were fortunate that there were only 4 wards (out of 9 in our stake) that had kids to be baptized and only 8 kids total.Gavin was super lucky b.c he was able to have his Pa Haslam give the baptismal talk to the entire stake (there were so many people that came for the baptisms, my dad said it was like speaking at a stake conference) and then had his Pa Lloyd give the Holy Ghost talk.
Gavin also had his Dad baptize him and both of his grandfather's assist in the gift of the Holy Ghost.
Thanks to all our family that was able to come and support Gavin. It meant a lot to him to have his grandparents there as well as his Uncle Jarom, Aunt Chelsea and Bean. And of course his cousins Finley and Hudson!
Gavin chose to have his baptism lunch at Red Robin and Bean got her work out with the kids! Congrats, Gavin! We are so proud of you!

Sorry we missed it Gavin. Awe man if you guys were still here we could have done Hunter and Gavin together. Would have been super fun!

Love the bow tie! Our ward does the once a month stake baptisms, too but it was just Ben last month. I think they have 2 this month. Adorable family pics! Wish I would have remembered to do that!
